Due to the nature of fragrance products, we have a strict return policy.

Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product is unused  
- The packaging is unopened and sealed  
- Return is requested within 14 days  

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes  
- Items without original packaging  

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours.
